As the managing partner of JWJ Investments, I lead a team of professionals who share my vision of creating value, generating income, and building wealth through real estate. I am motivated by the challenge of finding and acquiring profitable deals, optimizing the performance of the assets, and providing quality housing for the tenants. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as I have also founded and sold a successful startup in the waste management sector, and own a flooring services company.In my current role as the managing partner of JWJ Investments, I oversee all aspects of the business, from sourcing and analyzing potential deals, to negotiating and closing contracts, to managing the operations and finances of the properties. I leverage my skills in leases, property management, and real estate to maximize the return on investment, ensure compliance with regulations, and maintain tenant satisfaction. I have successfully completed multiple transactions, ranging from small to large-scale projects, in various markets and locations.
