I'm part of the core product team, which develops and improves the product's features. I am the only designer on the team working directly with the CPO, also collaborating with developers and the Product Manager to improve the new automation builder. My day to day consists of: • Ideate and prototype layouts for improvements and new features • Evolve and ensure maintenance of the Design System with developers • Interview users and conduct usability tests • Actively collaborate to improve the team's product and design processes

Over the 2 years working at No One and Kiddo (Company acquired by No One during this period), I had the opportunity to work on several projects in the B2B segment. The main ones being:• Product aimed at Supply Chain for companies in the B2B Segment. Participating from the first day in the project Kickoff until the first development deliveries.• Improvement in the usability and redesign of an LMS consolidated on the market and the delivery of the company's Design System base.The main deliverables I developed during this period were:• Table surveys, user journey mapping• Market analysis and competition studies• Quantitative, qualitative research, interviews and usability tests with users• Wire-frames, layouts and navigable prototypes• Style Guides, the basis of a Design System, and documentation related to Handoff• Audit of existing systems• Collaborated in structuring product roadmaps

I worked with the innovation team responsible for products for internal use at Casa do Construtor franchises.I was in direct contact with Software Developers and Product Managers, working on defining and prioritizing requirements in order to maintain the final quality of the designed product.During my time at the company I had the opportunity to get involved in processes such as: • Qualitative research through interviews with users; • Desk Research and Competitor Analysis; • Interface Prototyping; • Structuring, prioritizing and planning product requirements.

I worked as a junior UX Designer on the project, collaborating in a team with 4 other Designers, in order to build an MVP for the StartUp that would solve the following challenge: decentralization of the withdrawal of real estate credit combined with large bureaucracy.In the project I was involved in the following processes: • Conducting and planning Workshops; • Definition and structuring of Design Principles; • Competitor Research and Analysis; • Definition of SiteMap and structuring of the User Journey; • Construction of StyleGuide; • Construction of the WireFrame and Layout; • Structuring the Navigable Prototype; • Structuring Handoff Materials for developers.
