After leaving 3M, worked as a corporate finance executive leading corporate finance deals and advising clients and internally on operational improvement, before re-entering supply chain and operations with Markem–Imaje, where I was responsible for the performance of global supply chain for one of their major product lines together with leading a team and project managing significant supply chain change and NPI Activities.My recent roles have been operational, firstly as Operations Director for Castle Engineering, a UK/Czech Republic precision engineering business with management of a team of 80.
