Head the Commercial Finance team. Providing financial support, analysis and guidance to the Chief Commercial Officer and the Senior Leadership Team. Be the conduit between Commercial, Finance and the wider business, supporting all aspects of financial analysis and management.

Business partner the trading leadership team, driving profitable decision making. Financial ownership for the business unit, supporting the achievement of profit, stock and cash targets.

Co-pilot the local Market business strategy, providing leadership for business decision-making as well as sound accounting and reporting for the Country to HQ, whilst ensuring support for the F&C Manager on the highest standards of stewardship and governance throughout the company.

Finance co-pilot to the Country Business Manager, providing financial insight and strongly supporting a fact based decision making process to ensure achievement of financial and business KPI’s.Full responsibility for the P&L, in terms of both the monthly actual and the forecast (budget, current year latest estimates and 3 year planning).Member of the local Senior Leadership Team supporting the Country Business Manager, taking an active management role to ensure all aspects of the business are run effectively.Main contact for the wider Finance community at the Nestle Super Premium unit in Switzerland and Nestle Corporate Finance and Shared Services in the UK.
