My role entailed coordinating a group of university students throughout a two week volunteer program to a remote and extremely traditional village in Vanuatu to help teach the children English. My role involved manage the program finances, accommodation, transport and activities majority of which have to be organised on the go in country. Additionally I was responsible for the well-being and safety of the students in an environment completely foreign to what they are used to.
