I was able to modify the existing "Gold Image" to support all 4 models (HP Engage GO, HP Engage One (141), HP Engage GO 10 and HP Engage One Pro).*Update 06-20-2021 - Continued work on the POS hardware replacement project. Created the customized software load via the Windows Software Deployment Kit for use via USB loading via the Windows Pre-installation Environment and Windows Deployment Servers. I was able to create a single image that supports all selected systems. After initial load and/or field recovery, the system is ready to run. *Update 09-13-2020 - With the pandemic onset, I was assigned with my original Retail Technology team to help select new Point-of-Sale hardware. Helped collect and develop the hardware requirement for the Request for Proposal. Evaluated hardware from multiple vendors, sharing my experiences, comparisons, thoughts, and observations via YouTube-like videos on the corporate network.

Primary duties are C#/Xamarin Mobile Application development integrating vendor API's into an Omni-Channel Retail Application. The team is a test SCRUM organization. Utilizing Microsoft Azure Dev-Ops for task management. The first minimum viable product of this effort is projected to save our client $485K. As the remaining functionality is added I expect these savings to grow to around $1.2M.*Update 10-31-2019* Completed work on a remote "zero touch" OS migration from Windows 7 to Window 8. Utilized the Microsoft Advanced Deployment Kit, Windows Pre-Installation Environment, Deployment Image Servicing and Management, and some custom apps and scripts. Updated 4000+ systems. End users were not present for the installation. All anomalies could be handled by remote resources. The output of this project also doubled as the system recovery image by our client's help-desk. System recoveries could occur over the network or via USB Flash drive.*Update 09-01-2018* Completed work with another team inside our client's organization as a Web API developer. Primary duties are C# (dotNET-Core, RazorPages, & Angular) providing smaller retailers in our client's independent network access to customer loyalty information. Worked on all aspects including Vendor API integration and Web Presentation using Angular.

Expert at IP routing, Mikrotik and Cisco router operating systems, and wireless link path losses.In February 2017 Omni-Surf Wireless hit our predefined business exit criteria. The business was, at that point, profitable. However, business exit criteria are in place for a purpose. Since the decision was made our exit criteria proved to be spot on, as additional competition entered the market with lower cost higher performance products.
