I am a very motivated and determined individual with a wealth of experience across many sectors. I am currently looking for a new challenge where I can push myself to achieve new goals. While working for Dee Set I have had numerous roles and responsibilities. Starting as a store re-fit merchandiser working all over the UK for various blue chip retailers, to becoming a team leader and more recently a resource co-ordinator. While working as a merchandiser, a number of my jobs including driving company vehicles and delivering equipment to stores in the Shetland Islands all the way down to the Scilly Isles. In my current role I plan upwards of 500 people in to work across the UK for over 30 different clients on a weekly basis. This requires excellent planning skills and also good geographical knowledge. Throughout this 7 year period there is not one part of the UK and Ireland that I have not travelled to. Across all roles I have had to deal with customers and employees from clients all the way up to director level both in person and over the telephone so I pride myself in the knowledge that my customer service is impeccable.For an interim period between looking for a new job I was a lifeguard at the Sandcastle Waterpark. I gained invaluable experience and qualifications here and also learned how it feels to save another person’s life, on two separate occasions. A main part of this role was being proactive and preventing an incident before it became one. Another main duty was customer service which is what a company in this industry relies on.At Next I started as an apprentice on YTS before becoming a supervisor and eventually a department manager. Again, throughout this period my main responsibility was to provide outstanding customer service. Other duties included appraisals, being a key holder, re-merchandising the departments on a weekly basis, staffing and rostering, managing my team.
