■ Led a group of Team Leads, Underwriters, and Credit Analysts to perform underwriting and fulfillment duties on portfolio loans over $1mm, all files with FDIC trackable exceptions, all Private Bank consumer loans, all Regulation "O" mortgage loan requests, Correspondent Jumbo loans, as well as any other mortgage loans requiring special handling or sensitive in nature.■ Developed and ensured accurate performance monitoring and reporting for the Portfolio Services Group, Credit Administration, and the Private Bank.■ Ensured regulatory and process compliance within designated area of responsibility. Regarded as a subject matter expert pertaining to Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) analysis, ATR/QM interpretation and implementation, and the Dodd Frank Financial Reform Act. Regularly consulted by Quality Control and Credit Administration regarding compliance and guideline interpretation.■ Evaluated, reviewed and made recommendations for exceptions base on alternative underwriting analysis including use of Moody’s Analytics, CreditQuest, Short Fall Analysis, etc., where appropriate.■ Managed the underwriting team to 100% error free Quality Control audits in 2016-2019 and maintained the highest QC ratings of five underwriting teams in 2020-22.
