A 28 year veteran Naval Officer with a diverse experience set.Three broad communities define my Navy time: Aviation, TAC_Mobile and Research. As an Naval Flight officer in the P-3 Orion, I have learned leadership, team building, personnel management, mission accomplishment and training principles. In the TAC_Mobile community I experienced advanced communications systems, out of the box thinking, political discourse, knowing regulations deeply (they can work for you), staying focused and taking care of your people. Lastly in the Research community, thesis work lead to COEA and modifications proposed are being incorporated to enable high altitude ASW.I have made every effort to stay involved with aquatics during my time in the service. Summer league, Masters and NCAA Div I swimming and water polo. A true passion that I pursue relentlessly.My goal is to maintain a reputation as a smart innovator and involved coach who consistently adds value and success to the organizations I am involved with.
