Greater Denver Area

Manage general construction managers in the South Eastern, United States on newly purchased multi-family properties. Management includes scheduling construction for renovation of the properties and management of budget throughout project. Further responsibilities include travel to properties to inspect condition of the properties, work with the team to determine the necessary renovations required and monitor the progress of construction process with General Construction companies . Ensure timely completion of the construction and inspect for compliance with all local, State and Federal requirements. Duties also include weekly updates of progress to the Executive Management.

Duties include coordination of New Business customers for the design and coordinated install of public service utilities. Further responsibilities include coordination between design staff to ensure completed utility designs are completed and presented to the customers prior to install of the utilities. Coordination with construction staff and EXCEL Energy to ensure the install of public service utilities are installed per development plans and on time for the completion of the development . Continued communication with customers to answer and resolve issues that may arise during the design and construction process.

Since my arrival the Lennar experience is nothing short of fantastic. I have a fantastic team and support from my management team. Since my start with New Town Builders I have discovered many amazing and profound properties which I am proud to represent. New Town Builders is at the head of the class for "Green Build". Their take on energy conservation and Zero Energy is outstanding to say the least. Not to mention the construction of the homes are second to none in my observations. I am proud to say I am a representative with this company as a construction manager.

I was with Richmond American Homes for 14 years. I served as a Construction Manager with RAH through out the Denver Metro area. I managed the construction of single family homes from start to completion. I also managed all activity on the project to include safety, storm water, administrative, building schedules and inspections with building officials. I had extensive communication with buyers and corporate management through out the building process. I was responsible for several millions of dollars worth of property throughout the life of the subdivision. Further duties included managing the budget of the construction process to control excess spending costs of the building process. I worked closely with the home buyers throughout the process to ensure at the completion of the home their satisfaction through out the process. I worked well with my sales team and home care to also ensure the quality of the product.
