Degree qualified Engineer with Master degree in Business and twenty years experience in a Tier 1 automotive supplier.With experience across the whole product lifecycle, from Alpha build, through new product launch, operations management and site transfer projects I have a demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and empower teams to deliver.
