• Attorney focusing on procurement and sales of technology and technology-related services for health systems and hospitals• Draft and negotiate agreements, including for software licenses, cloud computing, consulting and outsourcing services, equipment and products, website and mobile application development, and similar agreements• Represent health systems, hospitals, physicians, software vendors, and advise on applicable regulatory matters

• Extensive complex IT services contracts experience (from initial supplier responses, through negotiation and post engagement support)• Analyze software license agreements and other contracts in support of company’s acquisitions• Legal support of IBM Global Finance and the human resources law group
