As General Manager I guided the company through day-to-day operations while working towards our long term goals. It was my responsibility to manage all sales efforts, human resources & safety programs, inventory management, IT service, and the production of all departments. Engineering at D.R. Tech, Inc. involved the design of custom automation equipment made for the Dairy industry. I worked closely with customers to design equipment/systems that met their needs while also satisfying state and federal regulations for the dairy environment. I was responsible for specifying all materials, communicating design and project status with the customer, and following the project through production and installation.

As Engineering Manager at MME, it was my responsibility to manage the full staff of mold designers and detailers. This included interviewing, hiring, performance reviews, etc. I would review new a prospective projects for tooling/molding concerns, troubleshoot tools/designs/part, and create/maintain the company tooling standards. I reviewed/approved all tool designs and represented the Engineering Department in all meetings.

During my position as a Designer at Ultra Tool, I designed plastic injection molds (prototype, short run, high production, new concept) for the automotive, communication, and consumer products industries. I also worked with the customers to manage the details of the projects and communicated status reports.
