I have worked a variety of jobs and trained in different areas to allow myself a very broad selection of skills. In terms of educational development, I am trained in television production with a focus on capturing live sport as well as visual storytelling. I am comfortable in the operation of cameras, editing and script writing/ planning side of the role. I expanded my skills that I had started at university in Preston by taking myself to University in New York for a 4 month period, getting hands on practical experience on a highly regular basis. Whilst in America I performed every role in a live television studio and gained recognition from my peers at my keen ability with a camera.In terms of paid work, I have always worked in settings administration and customer facing environments. Roles which have emphasis on decision making and how my actions effect the greater team and customers. I have experience in speaking to customers on the phone, face to face encounters, inputting data on a variety of specialist systems. Whilst I worked at Riverside Medical Centre as a receptionist, as well as those duties I took on medical report collation which allowed a smooth transition into my job at the Lancashire County Council as a business support officer.I on a daily basis abide by GDPR regulation and make sure that I am carrying out my job with only the highest levels of accuracy and precision. I commit myself to any role I take up and I am always striving to better myself and enhance my career by learning from those around me. No matter what setting I am in, I put my mentality into that task 100% and look to bring that to any workplace I am a part of.
