Worked as a technical sales intern targeting the mass-market in the South region of the United States. During the summer, I learned how to assess a company's integrated circuit market potential and identified new, key mass-market accounts in Oklahoma based on growth opportunities. Internship experience included emailing and cold-calling customers, suggesting products and technical-support content, and organizing and running meetings between customers and internal business units.

Worked as a summer intern for the Automotive Radar group in the Embedded Processors division writing automation software for characteristic data collection. Internship experience included using Lua and LabVIEW for remote control of signal processing equipment (via GPIB connection) and post-processing of collected data.

Working for Assistant Professor, Dr. Walid Sadd, to develop an Android application to collect context data on the effectiveness of device-to-device (D2D) communications and social-aware small-cell networks. Project experience includes Android app development, Facebook Graph API usage, and database management using mySQL.

Temporary staff providing tech support for New Student Orientation (NSO). Responsibilities included training employees for providing tech support during New Student Move-In week, developing a website, "Computing 101", to provide students with an intuitive, easy-to-use, self- help directory of tech support information, and delivering PowerPoint presentations to parents and new students about Virginia Tech computer requirements and resources. Work experience included web-development using Bootstrap Framework for HTML/CSS/JS, public-speaking, and technical training and support.
