Responsible for all outbound freight issues/claims and return requests.During my time at Dreamline I helped implement a more streamlined process for large retailers returning merchandise to our warehouse and providing them with a 25% faster turnaround in receiving credits. Worked with various freight carriers to ensure that customer deliveries were smooth, accurate and arrived in a timely fashion. Supervised a team of employees and provided weekly updates to management on various issues such as product damages, return rates and customer satisfaction. Consistently met company goals for low return rates and shipment damage.

Vast Distributors for all your video game needs!At Vast, my primary responsibilities were managing the product flow in the warehouse. Making sure we were always stocked on the latest and catalog merchandise. I personally oversaw all aspects of the product from receiving into the building, until it was shipped out for customers. Recording any damages and following up with freight companies and manufacturers on getting timely replenishment or vendor credits. I was always looking for new merchandise and deals to stock our warehouse with, to ensure one stop shopping for all of our customers and partners. Also while at Vast, I lead development on new sales and pre-order strategies to drive up our awareness to new customers and give our existing customers an easier ordering and pre-ordering system. This lead to many new accounts being opened in places where we previously had no exposure.

At Comcast, my primary duties were the installation and troubleshooting of the various services that were offered such as phone, internet, TV, and home security. Organizing and prioritizing work were very big aspects of the job to make sure all customers needs were met every day.
