Key Responsibilities:• To use the range of software packages connected to the work of the Registry to enable the smooth running of the College• To ensure the delivery of an excellent standard of systems for the control of data collection and processing, including college staffing, examinations, timetabling, rooming, self-assessment, destinations and course reviews, overseeing the production of reports as required• To utilise and develop the reporting structure for providing information to College management and staff, in particular ensuring that the reports and tools available are accurate and up-to-date• To undertake development work related to Management Information Systems, including the development of applications specific to the College’s needs• To participate in self-assessment and quality improvement activities within the department• To provide quality assurance for data integrity ensuring that information us up to date, accurate and reported on appropriatelyGeneral:• To take part in the College’s Performance Review and Development Scheme (PRD)• To be responsible for health and safety within areas of own responsibility • To contribute to the college responsibility for safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people• To observe the college’s commitment to equal opportunities• To undertake any other duties which are reasonably comparable to a post of this grade
