As a People Ops Coordinator at Saturday Drive, I contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and practices that foster a positive and productive work environment. I manage various aspects of employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and talent acquisition, using BambooHR as the main platform. I have a diverse and creative background that enables me to bring a unique perspective and skill set to my role. I am a lifelong artist who started doing commission work at a very young age, and a U.S. Navy veteran who served for four years. I also have an education in Integrated Technologies & Networking, minoring in Psychology and Literature. I am passionate about teamwork, transparency, and culture, and I was voted ‘Head Cheerleader’ by my peers for my positive and supportive attitude. My goal is to help Saturday Drive grow and thrive as a leading software company, while maintaining a healthy work-life balance as a full-time father and husband.
