Solutions Director
As Solutions Director at Saturday Drive, I tackle complex challenges that go beyond our primary products, delivering effective solutions for both our team and our customers. I take pride in building innovative tools from the ground up, including an eCommerce application tailored to our needs and a telemetry data system to enhance our data insights. Currently, I'm leading the development of an add-on manager to streamline our customers' experiences with Ninja Forms, making licensing, downloads, and activation seamless and intuitive.Previous Roles and Key Projects:I started as a Full Stack Developer, where I led Ninja Shop, an eCommerce plugin for WordPress, and soon expanded into creating solutions that drive our business forward. From building Odometer, a comprehensive Business Intelligence dashboard, to Ciircles, our in-house project management app, I’ve consistently focused on delivering valuable tools from scratch. Later, as Brand Director for Quillbee, our AI Writing Partner app, I oversaw Marketing, Customer Support, and Engineering, guiding the team and contributing directly to the app’s development.Technical Skills and Values:My experience spans PHP, Laravel, WordPress, CSS, HTML5, AI, LLMs, APIs, Python, ReactJS, VueJS, and VanillaJS. I believe in solving complex problems efficiently and mentoring others to grow alongside me. My commitment to our values has earned me awards for Make It Better and Be a Cheerleader, and recognition for delivering high-quality solutions faster than anyone else on the team.
Managing Partner
At SendWP, I am the managing partner, developer, and handle support—essentially taking on most aspects of the business to ensure we deliver a seamless solution for WordPress users to manage their transactional email needs effortlessly. My responsibilities range from writing code to managing customer relationships, guiding product development, and ensuring everything runs smoothly day-to-day. I focus on reliability, ease of integration, and providing a simple, pain-free email experience. I strive to make sure SendWP isn’t just another SMTP service, but a genuinely helpful tool for users who need their WordPress sites to communicate effectively. From troubleshooting common email pitfalls to scaling the infrastructure to serve thousands of customers, I work hands-on to build a robust service. Seeing SendWP evolve into a trusted tool within the WordPress ecosystem has been incredibly rewarding.
Founder & Developer
Pritchett Media is my personal freelance and product brand where I maintain a number of products and service offerings. As my time allows, I have designed, developed and maintained clients both large and small. In addition, I maintain several Software as a Service products under the Pritchett Media umbrella, as well as several WordPress free and premium plugins, including BuddyDrive, which allows over ten thousand users to upload files to BuddyPress sites, and WP Media Size, which allows users to easily view file sizes in the WordPress admin. Both of these plugins meet the requirements for and currently live on the WordPress.org plugin repository.
Cofounder
As a co-founder of Engagement Machine, I took on the ambitious challenge of building the platform from the ground up, ensuring it was user-friendly and powerful enough to transform content creators' ability to connect with their audiences. My work involved every aspect of the platform—from architecting the underlying technology to designing an intuitive user experience that truly spoke to the needs of our users. Through dedication, innovation, and a deep understanding of creator engagement, I led the project to a successful acquisition by Saturday Drive, where Engagement Machine evolved into Quillbee. It's been an amazing journey to see an idea take flight and become a tool that empowers creators everywhere.
Designer & Front End Developer
During my time at UF Health, I played a pivotal role in designing and building a brand new theme for several hundred individual sites within the Colleges of Medicine. This was a large-scale project that demanded both creativity and technical acumen, as the goal was to create a cohesive yet flexible user experience across numerous sites. I also oversaw the development of infrastructure applications for the hospital, ensuring that our technology solutions supported the critical needs of healthcare professionals effectively. Throughout this experience, I leveraged a wide range of skills including VueJS, ReactJS, PHP, HTML5, CSS, and more. Working at UF Health was an incredible opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects that directly impacted the healthcare community, and it was fulfilling to see our work adopted on such a wide scale.
Ux Developer
At Lift UX, I worked as a UX Developer. While this meant I worked on many aspects of many different projects, my focus was on implementing design into functioning, user-friendly websites and web applications. I worked heavily in HTML5, CSS3, vanilla JS, jQuery, PHP, SQL, and more. We used a workflow that included Gulp, Sass, Grunt, NPM, Webpack, CircleCI, DeployHQ and more. While we used Git and GitHub for most of our version control, I also worked with Subversion on projects that required wordpress.org plugin deployment. I had direct coding experience on projects ranging from AMC TV networks to CampusInsiders.com, both of which experience concurrent pageviews in the tens of thousands during big events, including a site that showcased Emmy-nominated TV shows and experiences.
Front End Developer
I joined Crowd Favorite as a Front End Developer in March of 2015. In my tenure there, I was able to work closely with the design team to not only implement complex and high traffic sites, but also update our tools and workflow processes to make our design-to-development hand off more efficient. I was the Front End Developer for sites like d23.com, a major Disney fan site with membership, video, and paywall functionality, as well as multiple brand corporations like Tucson Electric Power’s website, tep.com. I also helped create editable, user-friendly approaches to sites with massive content archives like Insperity.com.
Wordpress Engineer/ Technical Product Manager
The Richards Group hired me as a Front End Developer. Shortly after hiring me, they promoted me to work on WordPress projects as a full stack developer. From there, I worked with senior management to create a productized service out of our WordPress offerings. This allowed us to service an entirely new market that wasn’t reachable to a large agency like The Richards Group before this offering. I worked on Front End Development and WordPress development for brands like Go RVing (gorving.com), Chick-Fil-A, Plains Capital Bank, Motel6, and more. In addition to PHP, I integrated front end code with technologies like Ruby on Rails, .NET, and more.
Wordpress Developer
At TRBC, I was responsible for planning, designing, developing, managing, and maintaining a WordPress site network of more than 300 sites in one WordPress multisite network. I worked simultaneously with multiple individual departments to come up with branding and design specifications that implemented new features and met updated requirements within budget and on time, while keeping the overall needs and direction of the larger organization in mind. This job encompassed managing time, employees, vision, clients, budget, and department resources in ways that made sense for the organization and the departments within the organization. I worked with both themes and plugins within the WordPress environment and built both from scratch in addition to customizing 3rd party plugin safely and extensibly.
