Looking after multiple sites, varying from Extensions, to Barn Conversions and New Build.

Working on the Anchor Hanover contract, covering multiple sites around South-West and Southern counties. Works include Roofing, Kitchens, Bathrooms, Fire Rated Upgrades and Electrical rewires.

Reporting to the project manager, this role included running two to three sites simultaneously.

I conduct and manage focus groups alongside an observer looking into employability within university. I facilitate the discussion throughout the focus group and transcribe the dialogues and findings, and produce a summary report. Working with the Higher Education Academy, the aim of the focus groups is to gain an understanding into the student experience of employability whilst they attend university.
