Pullulo (Singapore) — is developing microbial protein for various food applications. Their innovative protein is highly nutritious yet affordable, allergen-free, non-GMO, vegan, and Halal and is less susceptible to supply chain disruptions. Many of their products also integrate agricultural bioproducts, upcycling our agriculture leftovers in the process. Pullulo is targeting both the alternative protein mass market and the underserved healthcare catering and food services.

(1) Secondment from SATS to SATS China: (Dec '17 - present)(i) 50% of my portfolio managing SATS China's projects & 50% on SG IPF project at Jilin.The Jilin Integrated Pig Farming ('IPF') project is part of the Government-to-Government Jilin Food Zone project to secure an alternative supply of safe pork for Singapore's future needs. It is a joint venture investment of RMB1.2billion between Capitaland, SATS and and Charoen Pokphand Group (CP). -Managing a portfolio of USD 20million.(ii) Deputy General Manager of SATS Kunshan Central Kitchen (Sept'19-Jun'20) Achievements: (a) Annual revenue increased from RMB 50mil to 120mil. (b) Increased in operations productivities and cost reduction of RMB 10million per annum.(iii) Business & Ops Consultant for Xinzhong Jiankang (Xuzhou) & Shanxi (Taiyuan) -Student Meals Projects: Sept'20 to present). Achievements: Meal units grew from 5000 to 18,000 unit meals per day after automating some of the processes and expansion of the sales team.(iv) Shanghai HQ: Corporate Strategy (Jun-Aug'20) Achievement: Produce a well rounded strategy for frozen meals for China local market & aviation.(v) Lean Management Project Manager for Nanjing Weizhou Integration Project (Jul-Nov'19). Achievements: FSMS improved in all frozen plants in all Nanjing Weizhou's subsidiaries.(vi) Internal Auditor: (Feb'18 - Jul'19)(vii) Aviation: Section Head for SATS Catering Preset and Equipment departments (Aug'15-Dec'17).
