About Jon Claxton

I have had seven years of excellent and in-depth experience working with technology. I have previouslyworked for RLJ Lodging Trust in Bethesda, Md as a Desktop Support Technician. I currently work with Daly Computers as an Installer for Baltimore City Schools and have installed over 10,000 desktops and laptops all over Baltimore City. I have excellent knowledge in technology, and I’ve configuredtroubleshoot phones and tablets as well in my job as a Desktop Support Technician. I received my Associate of Applied Computer Science in Network Systems Administration from DeVry University in 2010 and have been working with tech support ever since. I furthered my education and earned my CompTIA A+ Certification as well as my ITIL Foundation Certification. I have a strong history of working for companies for 3-5 years, and I aim to help make your company as successful as I can. In each job I held, I adapted to the position and its needs to help everything run as smoothly as possible and complete my tasks successfully.
