Known to integrate well into any environment he becomes a part of, Jon Clement has been able to post 140 wins and utilize an honest and forthright approach in recruiting and coaching several All-Americans and professional players. Jon feels privileged to have coached a Hermann Trophy winner, in addition to having participated in the coaching of highly-talented individuals and teams. He holds a United States Soccer Federation National Coaching License and has built a strong history of 100% compliance with NCAA/NAIA rules and regulations. Possessing impressively thorough experience in the psychology of coaching the elite female athlete, Jon Clement has been able to demonstrate a sincere passion to help individuals become super Champions. He deeply believes that no one athlete is more talented than any other, as firsts can be established by everyone and records can be broken by anyone. No monopoly on accomplishing feats is ever assigned to any particular individual for it is a right that can be enjoyed by everybody. Jon Clement has been multi-awarded at a number of levels. In 1994, he was coach of the team that took home the CT Classics U16 State Champion trophy. He was named ‘Coach of the Year’ by the Greenwich Times in 1995. In the same year, Jon Clement guided the CT Classics U18 Quarterfinalist in successfully competing at the Dana Cup in Hjorring, Denmark. He was also behind the successful feats of the Yankee United U19 State Champion and Region 1 Semi-Finalist in 1998. In both 1999 and 2000, Jon was named ‘Coach of the Year’ by NYU.
