• Responsible for 61 stores & outlets within the UK and Ireland• Head of security managing a team of 6 in house security officers and multiple contract security • Answering directly to the finance director• Conduct risk assessments of all 61 stores and outlets • Liaising with store managers and Regional managers • Conduct Health & Safety audits• Implementing standard security procedures initiatives and strategies• Delivering 33% below industry average of stock loss across the country • Training and staff development• Conduct investigations into all LP incidents, Data mining, accidents and breaches of health & safety• Liaise closely with Police, emergency services and various agency’s and relevant authorities• Oversee management of all security systems including CCTV, intruder alarms, fire and Access Control etc
