I use my specialist skills in a broad range of analytical disciplines, and my natural interest in people, to ensure strategic analysis and evidence are used in decision making. I design and run flexible analytical programmes and build and lead innovative and inclusive teams. I bring clarity on the purpose, service user needs, outputs and desired outcomes. My approach is to coach people for development, celebrate neurodiversity and different ways of thinking, and partner widely across departments and external networks.I am motivated by improving policy, strategy and delivery impacts, better allocation of resources, and by solving problems jointly with people.
