I led the wholesale, indirect and volume sales teams from the inception of Division X, a start-up division within BT focusing on high growth IoT and emerging 5G technologies.My mission was to help people succeed in their sales careers, and as such I ran a challenger sales development group of 30 salespeople. A high percentage of the group have gone on to do amazing things in their careers.

Progressive Sales Ltd focused on sales training and development, specialising in prospecting, business development and account management.We trained over 350 salespeople across 15 businesses in the Fintech & Financial Sales industry, increasing their sales by 39% within 3 months. We designed and delivered successful cold calling processes, re skilled and retained, recruited salespeople including sales leadership and build standardised and replicable sales processes and playbooks.

Partners included major Tier 1 & Tier 2 carriers, ISP's, MSP's, Alternative network providers and resellers.

Big Features was created with a vision to build a disruptive media brand, which over the years launched many successful and very fun projects. - LaticsText, 2009 - The U.K's first football fan SMS communication platform- Lime Green, 2010 - Mobile app design- Grim Up North, 2012 - A reality T.V show depicting the life of the working class (Greenlit and filmed pilot episode)- Wigan Vision, 2013 - The U.K's (if not the worlds) first augmented reality tour of a town. supported on Android and Apple devices- Live in M1, 2013 - Music broadcasting, production and editorial services. We had some amazing bands and artists in our studios over the years. Led the mobile service delivery teams across 3 sites, focusing on MNO, MVNO and mobile backhaul networking. For the latter 12 months I also managed the service delivery teams for fixed networking operators consuming ethernet & MPLS.I also managed the relationship between BT wholesale and our cell site delivery and enablement supplier.
