o Responsible for nine South Eastern States, growth objectives and presence of Distech Controls Products and Solutions, Systems Integrators.o Direct responsibility of existing channel partners within the SE Region.o Successfully develops new accounts in assigned markets to achieve growth requirements to match or exceed growth goals and objectives.

Tampa/St. Petersburg, Florida Area

o Responsible for the Latin American Sales Channel, for growth and presence of Distech Controls Products and Solutions in the region. o Recruitment of new Systems Integrators and ongoing support of Systems Integrators increase sales to achieve regional sales goals. o Promote new product release to the Systems Integrators. Work closely with the channel to cultivate sales opportunities.

Tampa/St. Petersburg, Florida Area

o Working closely with the RSM Team for the “onboarding” of new Systems Integrators to ensure smooth transition to the Distech Controls Products and Solutions. o Roll out “quick start” program on toolsets, software as well as first project support from a technical perspective. o Provide coaching to the Sales Team in order to enhance product knowledge on newly released Distech products and solutions.

Tampa/St. Petersburg, Florida Area

o Responsible for the development of the Sales Representative network for the ConsERV energy recovery ventilation unit.o Interviewing of new or potential manufacturers agents of commercial hvac equipment for geographical areas not yet covered by Dais. o Training and assistance for the rep network to develop and maintain sales goals. Including engineer / contractor presentations not limited to but including design of future projects, education of the engineering community, contractors, consumers and end users of energy recovery ventilation. o Sales tracking and growth, establishing quotas based on market needs and sales force size.

Tampa/St. Petersburg, Florida Area

o Responsible for assisting NSS / TBS (New System Sales / Trane Building Services) in development of controls systems projects.o Assist with application of controls systems strategies as projects move though the sales process. o Business includes assisting the sales force in the development of building automation projects and retrofit projects for the installation of new chillers/controls.
