Most recent experience:Helped Caterpillar implement Workday from a security perspective. Assisted with the design of the security model to be used within Workday across all workstreams.  This design includes the creation/modification of security groups, modification of Business Process Security policies, auditing of all security access, and assigning appropriate security access to appropriate organizations.Assisted with development of security workstream tasks and timeline and execution of those security tasksAssisted/co-led meetings with all BPL’s/Workstreams/Country PM’s to understand BP (business processes) and help define security roles.Defined future Workday security for other areas across Caterpillar (Legal, EHS, Facilities, Global Security, IT). These are groups at CAT that had current Psoft access but did not fall under a specific workstream.Assisted security lead with all testing efforts (GOLD/E2E/Parallel) consisting of managing and resolving security issues during testing and participating in test scenario creation workshops to help BPLs understand security roles during creation of test scenarios. Obtained deep understanding of Workday Security- Researched on Workday Community to understand WD Security, completed knowledge transfer with CS consultant on end to end Workday security (job role, data roles, security profiles), attended webinars in Community related to Workday Security, formulated knowledge transfer content into documentation the security can use going forward.Followed and maintained proper SOX and internal security controls and verified proper security protocols are being followed across platforms - We met with BPLs on a regular basis to educate them across workstreams, providing guidance as they designed business processes and security groups to make sure there are no segregation of duties.Prepare for and participate in internal security audits and/or internal/external audits where required – We worked with the Reporting team to design reports for future auditing needs and the Sox team to develop new controls, recreate documentation, and redefine powerful access audit for audit compliance once live.Defined all security groups that will need to feed to IIQ nightly. Identified each security group as either HR Master Data; Payroll Master Data; Time off Data, or Non-SOD.  By identifying security groups this allows IIQ to manage our SODs.
