I led CarryOn Wellness, a CBD food and beverage brand spun out from Ocean Spray’s Lighthouse Incubator. During this period, I led an 11-person cross-functional team that achieved the following accomplishments, among others:- Rebranded the product in 45 days, resulting in it being awarded ‘Best CBD/Hemp Product of 2020’ by Beverage Digest and scoring #1 of 40 leading CBD beverages in a blind shopper study - Secured distribution at Sprouts Farmers Market (Ocean Spray’s first distribution with this account) resulting in both skus consistently reaching top-30% velocity among all CBD drinks and a request from the buyer to expand to 260 stores across 9 states.-Oversaw the development and execution of a holistic marketing toolkit including TV, digital, shopper marketing, digital couponing, microinfluencers, and PR that collectively generated over 30MM impressions in 2 months.
