After completing my academic studies, I gained excellent laboratory experience in the biotechnology sector at a leading global life sciences company. Following this, and a transition into public health, I developed accurate data analysis, quality research skills and a high level of scientific writing proficiency whilst working for the Hertfordshire County Council evidence and intelligence team.Utilising my skills and experience I settled in the medical device sector in cranial and spine technology where I can have a truly positive impact on patient outcomes. I thrive in a challenging environment, which is evidenced by my record for exceeding targets in challenging therapy areas.Not only am I adept at learning complex clinical data, I also have a genuine passion for knowledge and growth. I pride myself on performing to my absolute best and fully engaging with my working life.The work life balance comes in my downtime, where I am a keen sportsman and regularly compete in Jujitsu and running events. This physical expression is balanced out with my flair for creative writing and passion for scientific reading.I am an advocate for mental health and wellbeing which encouraged me to become a Student Rep and mentor in academia, followed by a workplace health champion in industry.
