As a Behaviour Specialist at CareTech, I have been applying my CAPBS /Level 5 PBS certification and expertise in Positive Behaviour Support Plans (PBSP) for over 10 years. I work with a diverse team of professionals to provide person-centred and evidence-based support to individuals with complex needs and challenging behaviours. My communication, time management, and team leadership skills enable me to coordinate and deliver effective interventions, monitor and evaluate outcomes, and ensure compliance with ethical and legal standards. My mission is to enhance the quality of life and wellbeing of the people I support, and to empower them to achieve their goals and aspirations.
