Managed team of detectives and staff investigating serious and organised criminality which included drug supply, kidnap, blackmail, fraud, perjury, misconduct, pervert the course of justice, robbery, burglary, wounding and money laundering. Engaged in full range of covert and overt tactics with many notable successes.

Seconded to Operation Alison, a Serious Fraud Office investigation into Legal Aid fraud by a firm of West Country solicitors. Gloucestershire, Wiltshire and Avon & Somerset Constabularies joined forces to investigate the offices based within their areas. I headed up a team of detectives responsible for investigating 2 Bristol offices, identified the most significant offenders, interviewed, charged and successfully prosecuted all of those involved.
