• Provides technical support on more complex set of problems than a Technical Service Desk Agent – Foundation from a remote and on-site perspective either by telephone, email or in person.
• Delivers high quality customer service experience while resolving client queries effectively, always providing a reference number.
• Follows established processes and systems (e.g. completion of all admin paperwork, call logging system) to meet laid down guidelines.
• Uses listening and questioning techniques to diagnose root cause and/or takes relevant next step within required timescales.
• Acknowledges and empathises with customer issues demonstrating through communication a clear understanding of the customer’s systems, processes, culture and issue.
• Accesses technical solutions within a database and thoroughly documenting the status of all client liaisons and communications.

• System Installation, Configuration, Maintenance and Administration
• Configure and maintain PABX and call centre systems
• Support windows server 2003, 2008, XP, and 7 operating systems
• Experience in using Active Directory, DHCP, DNS & Citrix
• Support Office applications ie: Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint
• Order, maintain and support company mobile devices including IOS, Blackberry and Android

• Record receipt of creditors batches from branches
• Open new creditor accounts
• Checking and keying of creditors invoices into system
• Processing of all invoices for sundry and weekly cheque runs
• Handling queries from branches and suppliers

• Sort and open mail
• Batch cheques received in mail
• Key EFT’s, branch banking and head office banking
• Update check AR batches and journals
• Dispatch daily invoices
• Prepare fruit and refreshments in kitchen each morning
