When I began at this company I became a part of our delivery department at the beginning of the pandemic and have been a huge part of building our small department to a fleet that services over 30 towns throughout greater Boston and beyond. Over my time with the company I have worn many hats though, allowing me to see varying perspectives on how the dispensary functions. Between the inventory department where everything the business sells is tracked where my eye for detail is integral, to the delivery where I primarily work, to in house sales in our retail space.

My primary role here was to intake patients and assist them with preparing for their appointment and checking the patient out after the visit with attend doctor or nurse practitioner. During intake I would also provide consultation for anyone new to medical cannabis and doing our best to set them on the best path in their new journey. Anyone returning for renewal would receive a revised consultation to inform them of any changes and provide the opportunity to ask questions before seeing the provider. Microsoft excel and word being used heavily, so I am also prepared to use either in any future opportunities.
