Currently seeking opportunities outside of the school based environment especially in areas that align with my facilitation and coaching experience.I am employed full time as the Vocational Education Coordinator and previously held the role of Director of Sport at De La Salle College for a number of years. I have been working in education, sports administration and sports coaching for over 20 years. My current focus is on developing professional opportunities in sports coaching, facilitating leadership and culture program's and providing professional advice to both professional and community level sporting organisations. I have also developed a coach education service known as Innersanctumcoaching and have been engaged by the AFL to present at its National Coaching Conference, AFLVIC to present at coach education workshops/coaching accreditation courses and by community clubs to mentor their coaches. I am a passionate sports coach and educator.I have been engaged by a number of organisations as a presenter and facilitator in the leadership and creating positive cultures sphere. Most recently I have been engaged by the Department of Justice (Corrections Services) as a keynote speaker at several department conferences. I am currently exploring more opportunities within the area of keynote speaking.
