Directed HRM adoption and numerous technology upgrades.> FinancialLeadership: Restored financial viability from a 40% revenue hit, rebuilt reserve fund and increased financial ownership to near 20 year high with less staff time, led a $2-3M revenue organization through COVID beating budget by nearly $400K with operational cash needed to start the next year while investing in long term technology and facility upgrades.> Transition & Ambiguity: Led two successful senior leadership transitions and one program closing that honored all stakeholders involved and set up future success.
