In just over two years, during the height of COVID, I refreshed the laptop and desktop estate, rolled out virtual consultation and video conferencing tools to all users, undertook a network remediation exercise, including wifi, implemented a new VPN solution, put in place a disaster recovery solution for the first time, refreshed mobile telephony and procured a new IT support contract, saving £120,000 per year.
