More than 25 years of engineering, technical service and manufacturing experience. Industry expertise includes engineering, manufacturing and repair/maintenance of down-hole drilling motors, MWD systems (telemetry, sensor, Li battery power sources and tubulars), procurement efforts in support of directional drilling activities and implementation of quality control procedures to maximize reliability and field performance. Previous role in the Power Section industry had me responsible for procurement efforts, manufacturing, inventory control and logistics of rotors and stators at one of the industry leaders. Installed organization and infrastructure along with sound processes to increase efficiency, cut lead times of manufacturing, and to improve quality of the product delivered to the customer. Currently tasked with manufacturing, repair/maintenance of the Scientific Drilling HALO Rotary Steerable System. We are working diligently to refine our processes/workflows, to install and maintain appropriate organization structure for the fleet of tools/activity, and to increase tool performance and reliability through constant, continual improvement efforts/evaluations of every component in the system. Our goal is to make the HALO system the best Rotary Steerable system in the industry.

Directly oversaw and tracked all cost of labor, consumables and freight for Shipping/Receiving, Inventory Control, Stator Manufacturing and Rotor Manufacturing to minimize waste and maximize profit. Tracked and produced manufacturing metrics in graphical format to be distributed weekly/bi-weekly to the Executive Team. Produced plant layout drawings for capital improvement projects such as additional lines of stator manufacturing, inventory storage/access, process flow and improvement of product thru the plant and various manufacturing operations. Directly involved in the design and manufacture (through 3rd party) of a 35 ksi waterjet cutback system to be implemented in the facility. Personally designed and contracted the manufacturing of the cutting head and consumables to be installed at the end of the lance for these systems. Position eliminated due to severe market downturn as a result of the oil price war and Covid 19 pandemic.
