I work for an incredible company that has changed my life forever. Paychex has helped me accomplish so many goals from both a professional and a personal standpoint. I am grateful to be in a role where I can now help others experience that same growth.I was fortunate enough to be given an opportunity as a sales consultant for Paychex. My hiring manager took a chance on me as I had no previous sales experience, but what he could see was that my work ethic is unquestionable and my drive to succeed is undeniable. My first fiscal year at Paychex ended at 165% to plan and earned my way to Conference (Presidents Club) in my rookie year and again in my second year and third year. In my fourth year with the organization, I was promoted into a leadership role as a District Sales Manager. In my 1st year as a sales manager, we saw our team go from consistently missing plan to finishing our fiscal at 100% of plan. Out of all my accomplishments, making Conference as a DSM in FY23 and finishing top 5 in the country has been the greatest. Helping others reach their goals is truly a passion that drives me to get better every day so in turn I can support them to do the same. My leadership philosophy is Respect, Accountability, and Winning. My goal is to provide you with an opportunity to develop your sales and leadership skills, achieve your career and personal goals, and be rewarded for your results!
