Launched a Job Board that integrated Video to allow candidates & Companies to pre-record Video's that could be viewed by the user. Have imbeded the technology into a number of Blue Chip clients websites to allow candidates to watch corporate videos.

I recruited for database developers, so, Delphi, Pick, Progress and Fox Pro. This was millenium bug time and things in IT were booming. Very exciting times and just before the days of email, so all CV's were sent by FAX!Thoroughly enjoyed my time and the people I met. I did well and was one of the top billers for while, but I wanted my own business, so had to move on!
