The Event Logistics Coordinator will support and assist the Director of Event Operations in the successful preparation for and execution of programs, events and conferences for AiG. This position will allow one to impact others through a service mindset centered on making an eternal difference.Responsibilities: Promote the mission and standards of AiG. Prioritize personal integrity in all interactions and assignments. Execute exceptional service & hospitality to all guests. Coordinate room set-ups and restore for events/programs. Learn the All Seated room layout software program, develop and maintain room layout plans & seating charts for all events. Maintain order and optimum usage of all storage space as well as an accurate inventory of all Event resources. Serve as requested as Back of House lead for events, coordinating load-in/ out activities and providing excellent guest service to speakers, artists, VIPs, event planners and exhibitors during AiG events. Escort guests upon arrival and facilitate unloading/loading, parking and the distribution of assigned credentials. Assist the Front of House Manager by providing stellar guest engagement and assistance for guests in all event spaces. Ensure and enable the placement of correct event programming signage. Serve as Front of House Lead for events as requested. Assist the Front of House Manager in maintaining a safe and inviting environment for guests by ensuring that all spaces are set to baseline every morning and restored every evening and are clear of debris and any other safety hazards. Ensure that the Green Room is clean, presentable and accommodating to all speakers, artists and VIPs. Assist the Executive Chef in maintaining an appropriate level of refreshments in the Kitchen. Attend to the operational needs, including assisting with loading dock operations. Notice and report maintenance/housekeeping needs to the appropriate persons. Maintain an understanding of safety standards and evacuation protocol.

Responsibilities: Perform general security patrols of all attractions, operate all Department of Public Safety, equipment, including vehicles, radios, and computer systems, operate facility alarm/fire systems and all electronically operated security systems to include both manually and electronically shutting down/opening the facility and monitoring all alarm activity, know and assist in the implementation of security policies/procedures including, radio, vehicle, medical, operational and general departmental SOPs, oversee the process of key issuing and general access control management, employ departmental policies/procedures, assist the supervisory group with organizing departmental functions/events, provide direction to employees and patrons with regard to security/safety related matters, provide security at posts, function as a traffic officer, conduct emergency evacuations, conduct training, act as first responder medical provider in all medical related incidents, determine severity level of all patients and appropriate medical support providing necessary care, certified in Basic First Aid, CPR and AED, proficiently operate and maintain all medical related equipment including medical gear and response equipment such, monitor, maintain and re-supply medical supplies and gear appropriately, Complete incident reporting processes, act as patient advocate in medical cases, act as departmental and patient liaison to outside assisting agencies, provide documentation to both patients and end point medical care providers as appropriate, operate within the scope of all federal, state and company guidelines, rules, regulations, and laws, oversee the company HIPAA/OSHA compliance and all safety regulations, know and employ safety guidelines and supervise both patron/employee actions in company policy, and all other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
