Managed the Thermally Fused Laminate (TFL) plant of the Moncure plant, along with the logistics for the plant. The plant is a multi plant site, making particleboard, mdf/hdf, and laminating those products with TFL. Managed the transportation services and maintenance area of that plant within the site.Accomplishments using Lean Six Sigma principles:-Contributed to the 3.5MM improvement in profitability in 9 months.-Decreased loading times of trucks from 40 min to 20 min. average.-Decreased downtime by 20%, Increase throughput from 80pph to 109pph.

Uniboard Fostoria Inc. (formerly Industrial Dimension Inc. (IDI) is a customer lamination and component manufacturer. Lamination of TFL, 2-4 mil Vinyls, 23g-80 foils and HPL. The plant also made custom components for store fixtures, cabinetry, and retail shelving.Responsible for full P&L, sales relations, production, purchasing, and new product development. Developed the plant into a niche plant of quick delivery and flexible production and a "can do attitude" throughout the plant.
