Managed the transportation services and maintenance area of that plant within the site.Accomplishments using Lean Six Sigma principles:-Contributed to the 3.5MM improvement in profitability in 9 months.-Decreased loading times of trucks from 40 min to 20 min. average.-Decreased downtime by 20%, Increase throughput from 80pph to 109pph.
