- I've got a real passion for distilling the engineering, the data & numbers and learnt experience into justifying project and commercial decision making- I pride myself on how I can communicate statistics, engineering concepts and the real world impacts of what they actually mean.- I've been lucky enough to be a part of projects throughout their lifecycles; from R&D and Concept Select through to Brownfields and Life Extension; each bring their own challenges!- I'm eager to solve the known and unknown challenges in the global energy transition from fossil fuels to clean energy, especially in the offshore environment- I find it very rewarding mentoring the engineers in my team and watching them learn, apply and grow.
