The Director of Client Consultancy leads and supports all of the strategic and client development activities before a new client partnership is created and the ongoing delivery of value for existing clients ensuring satisfaction and receipt of increasing value. Client Consultancy lays the groundwork and supports the Client Development team to be successful by analyzing the market, creating and managing effective solutions to meet both client objectives and those of Pointcore, Inc., and adds value throughout the entire sales process. Consultancy performs a variety of sales support functions for both the Client Development and Client Management teams, along with numerous internal administrative functions.
