Led the critical 2023-24 application and re-enrollment cycle by selecting, designing, and implementing the OpenApply system.Partnered to select, design, and deliver a brand new website, staff portal, and community portal (Finalsite) to evolve the professional look and feel of the school's brand.

Served as the strategic advisor to the Superintendent/CEO, Board of Directors, and leadership team of one of the world’s largest international PS-12 schools. Grew relations with US Embassy, AMCHAM, and corporate sponsors and partners.

As division head of business operations, led strategic and operational planning, internal human resource management, budget execution, and compliance for a global team of over 1,800 resources. I provided executive counsel and strategic partnership to the CIO/SVP, senior leadership team, and workforce with a focus on cost efficiency, cross-cultural inclusion, business process, and sourcing partnerships.
