I am an experienced higher education course leader and senior lecturer. I have 14 years in the field and 9 years of educational management experience leading a team of dedicated principal lead lecturers, module leaders, and sessional tutors. I have responsibility for the vision and strategy of numerousacademic programmes, operations, and academic support for students. I am a key participant and integral contributor to major collaborations in developing and implementing strategic initiatives and overseeing academic planning and operational activities. My responsibilities include the creation of high-quality, evidence-based content for both in-person and digital delivery, managing learning environments, resources, faculty development, student progression across undergraduate programs, and major cross-institutional collaborations. I have expertise in supervision, policy development, educational research, advanced data analysis, course convening, authentic assessment design and delivery, quality assurance, and evidence-based approaches to learning and teaching excellence. I have a proven ability to establish effective relationships with students, faculty, administrators, external examiners, and validating partners. Additionally, I have a comprehensive knowledge of current trends in higher education and the needs of universities and colleges.20+ years of experience in the music industry as a professional musician and as an industry entrepreneur, working with both major and seminal independent labels, and comprehensive worldwide touring experience including live performances with Grammy award-winning and nominated artists. This year I've re-signed both publishing and recording contacts whilst also completing work for television, film, and sync. I have a Master of Science in Educational Psychology, an equivalent Postgraduate Diploma in Educational Research, and a Postgraduate certificate in learning and teaching. I am studying towards a PhD Education in Social Psychology (youth, peer intergroup friendships, diversity, and mental health (Anxiety & Depression) outcomes.I also have significant experience as a creative director, production manager, touring and live production (worldwide), and artist representation.
