Currently Channel Manager for Wavenet managing the Indirect Sales relationships with Wavenet Channel Partners. Responsible for recruiting of new Channel Partners both Wholesale and Dealer model.

Midlands & Southern & South Wales.

Main responsibilities include: • Managing In-Direct Channel relationships with Chess's indirect channel partners within the midlands & south/south Wales area. • Recruitment of new channels partners to Chess and the development and training of these partners. • Being able to provide a dynamic & flexible approach with respect to our Channel partner’s own objectives, KPI's & business requirements. • Responsibilities include Negotiating Commercial terms & partner board level, product training, implimentation of strategic strategies to enable success for both our channel partners and Chess Telecom. • Personally responsible for the implementation of comprehensive processes and resources within the channel partner’s operations infrastructure to dramatically shorten sales order provisioning timescales and enhance their ongoing customer support capabilities, e.g. rationalised commercial terms, transparent commercial practices, enhanced channel propositions and definitive KPI reporting. • Regularly implimenting in-house projects whenever required, including the recruitment of new strategic partners. • Personally responsible for successfully increasing the revenue generated by the channel in both landline & data. A highly motivated & successful Channel Sales Manager with extensive experience gained within various business development roles in both direct sales, corporate sales and indirect channel environment. Proven track record in consistently surpassing established sales and GP targets.

Responsible for delivering £10,000 Revenue new business on Corporate clients on a monthly basis. Product Portfolio including Fixed Line, NGN Inbound, Mobile and Data solutions.
