Starting in 2011 I've helped grow the company from £28m T/O to £120m in a ten year period. I'm passionate about my customers, what they require, their purchasing habits and how I can help them maximise their business whilst jointly maximising Platinum's business opportunity so we mutually grow together.From initially setting out to develop the UK market, I'm now dealing with customers in over 25 countries across EMEA, APAC and the Americas. This has given me an insight into different cultures, but also shown me everyone wants to be treated fairly, with respect and moreover know their business is being looked after and delivery is made on time and complete. This is something I am passionate about.To support our growth I've been involved with every UK warehouse we operate with and helped scale the logistics side of the company over the past ten years to a global agreement with UPS as our strategic fulfilment and courier service provider. I enjoy analysing data to bring about the best result for the team, working with vendors, suppliers and customers to bring opportunities for joint growth.
