Managing and implementing go-to-market strategies for OneAmerica’s retirement services division. I’m maintaining/updating existing inventory, while creating new pieces and experiences for upcoming products and services. I serve as a connection between our external partners, creative teams, and internal stakeholders to create engaging user experiences that maintain brand identity and provide important content for end users.

Worked with financial advisors and independent investors to service their retirement accounts. Provided guidance and instruction to help aid the investment process, while ensuring both the company and the investor were within regulatory guidelines. I served as a Senior associate with additional responsibilities including company marketing/reporting, training support, and quality assurance monitoring.

Coordinated evidenced based programs throughout southwestern Indiana, while managing a county-wide coalition of stakeholders from different agencies (schools, not-for-profits, child services, local businesses, etc.) to help promote healthy behaviors. I successfully wrote a $125,000 grant for Posey County prevention efforts, and regularly wrote feature columns for the local paper on behalf of the organization.

Wrote feature articles highlighting stories of the tri-state, and all the businesses and people that embodied that community. Articles were featured in 3 separate magazines, an online blog, and externally outsourced periodicals.
