Jon Hebert is the Managing Owner and Founder of The Optimization Group. Having worked in the oil and gas industry for the past 39 years, he is considered a Subject Mater Expert in his field of expertise. His experience in production, completion, drilling and pipeline chemical applications gives him an advantage when it comes to problem solving and locating new advanced technologies. He has worked in 8 oil producing countries around the world and most of the of the domestic regions. Prior to TOG, Jon served as Manager of Chemicals for PXP/ Freeport-McMoRan for 12 years. The last 4 years with Sable Permian Resources in the Wolf Camp play near Big Lake, Texas. He is focused on reducing risk, improving operations performance, optimizing chemical programs, and evaluating chemical vendors by managing total cost of operations and trending data analysis to improve decision making and cost performance.
